Jacob acts as an assistant to the general office and paperwork at Balanced Holistic Nutrition. Fulfilling a role in technology based tasks, as well as other personalized requests from the higher staff. While serving as the Operations Assistant in the practice, Jacob also manages the kitchen at Elevate Coffee Co. in Peoria AZ, as well as graduating with a Bachelor of Science in History with a minor in Business from Northern Arizona University in 2025. In his off time, Jacob enjoys bodybuilding, retro electronics/physical media, hanging out with friends & family, cooking, as well as taking up a recent interest in gardening.
